Rachel Osbourne is an independent casting director in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She has cast talent in Mayfly (Rahe-Wanitanama as Alexa Wynter), Caribana Confessionals (Jabbari Weekes), Fever Street (Kristen Lambie), Express (Ivan D. Ossa), and industrial productions for brands like Shopify. An advocate for the casting of authentic talent for heritage-specific characters, Rachel was a casting consultant on the Sunflower Studios feature ‘When Morning Comes’ (Kelly Fyffe-Marshall) for their Canadian lead search. In 2022, Rachel was a member of the inaugural cohort of the Reelworld Black Entrepreneurs Program and worked as a Casting Assistant to Millie Tom, providing casting support on television projects Robyn Hood (Director X) and The Cowboy War (Patrick Reams).
