I began my career in Seoul, where I worked as an assistant editor. While working for the Korean Broadcasting System, I was responsible for daily news deadlines. I learned how to be very organized, fast and flawless without needing assistance. It also led me to get used to the software outlined in my resume.

In 2019, I wished to further my skills and experience so I enrolled in the Film Production Program at the Vancouver Film School. After getting back to South Korea, I worked for the post-production facility 4by4 as a colourist. My role was colouring extremely high-resolution footage for the LG TV demo video. By figuring out a lossless colour correction of given footage, I could absorb technical knowledge relevant to video quality.

Currently, I run my own post-production business, participating in the film, TV shows, commercials, and Youtube videos as a colourist mainly. As a professional video technician, I try to achieve aesthetic mise-en-scène but also, deal with technical issues such as noise reduction and exporting outputs as requested form.
